The story behind Warisan Rasa
An inherited recipe is never written in full. It is tried, corrected, then passed on.
A recipe can be inherited, but the taste must stay warm.
More than just a bowl of mie ayam.
In many families, the moment is always the same. Someone stirs a bowl of mie ayam, blows on the first wisp of steam, then chuckles because the broth is too hot. In a simple place like that, mie ayam was never the point. What mattered was a taste that felt like home.
At Warisan Rasa, that recipe was never written in a book. It was tried, corrected, then passed on. A parent taught a child, that child passed it to the next, and each time it was handed down there was a small adjustment that made it belong a little more to that family.
We brought it into a modern restaurant so everyone can try it. Ingredients are chosen daily, noodles are cooked the moment an order comes in, and the broth stays clear the way it should. The heritage may be neatly arranged, but the taste must not change.

Four things we never compromise
A recipe with a distinctive flavour
The blend follows a family recipe passed down through generations, not an instant mix. The broth and chicken taste consistent at every outlet.
Selected ingredients
Chicken, noodles, and accompaniments are chosen daily so the noodles stay springy, the chicken stays juicy, and the broth stays clear.
Cooked to order, every time
No pre-cooked noodles are reheated. The noodles hit boiling water after your order and go straight to you.
